Reservations and Payment

Reservations may be made online, by telephone or fax.

Full payment is required apon arrival or at the time of booking. On receipt of such payment, Autocares Guasch y Serra SL will issue, by email or fax the written confirmation with details of the persons involved and the services to be provided. The written confirmation acts as the ‘ticket’ and must be presented to the Autocares Guasch y Serra SL representative.

Baby Seats

Standard baby seats appropriate for children 3 years of age or younger and booster seats for children from the age of 5 are provided free apon request at the time you make your reservation.

Private Transfers

All children and infants count towards the occupancy of the vehicle, regardless of age, and thus should be included in the total number of passengers at the time of booking. If you require a child seat for a child, this information should be submitted in your reservation.

Wheelchairs

Inform Autocares Guasch y Serra SL if any passengers will be travelling with a wheelchair, at the time of booking. The correct vehicle will be made available to meet your specific requirements.

Amendments to Reservations

Booking amendments for flight numbers, timings, accommodation name or address and mobile number can be made by using the contacts provided on this website up to 2 days before the service is provided. If you have a return service booked, you must call during office hours 2 days before departure to reconfirm your collection time and place. Clients returning on a Monday or Tuesday should call the previous Friday.

Cancellation

If a cancellation is made on our website up to 5 days of the first departure date you will receive a 100% refund.

Late Bookings

Bookings can be made up to 24 hours before departure on the website or by phone. Last minute bookings with less than 24 hours notice should be made on request first by calling (00 34) 620 060 051 during office hours then sent by email to the following address: mail@ibizaairporttransfers.co.uk

Baggage Allowance

For each passenger, we will carry 1 regular sized suitcase (maximum size 30" x 21" x 11" & weighing no more than 23 kilos) and 1 piece of hand luggage (maximum size 21" x 18" x 10" and again weighing no more than 23 kilos). Additional luggage is taken on request (preferably at the booking stage) and may incur an additional charge. Surf Boards are 15 euros per item, per journey extra. Golf Clubs can be taken on all islands and carried free where possible. Extra payments for luggage are made locally to the driver.

Transportation Conditions

Autocares Guasch y Serra SL , reserves the right to refuse to carry any person who is or appears to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passengers. No refunds will be made in those circumstances.

Passengers are not allowed to consume alcohol on any of our vehicles. Smoking is not permitted unless express permission has been given by the driver.
All vehicles used by Autocares Guasch y Serra SL are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, as required by the local law. Passenger’s baggage is, however, carried entirely at the passengers own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage by Autocares Guasch y Serra SL and will not accept responsibility for costs in returning the items.

If the arrival flight is diverted, contact Autocares Guasch y Serra SL using the website or via the telephone numbers provided.

If Autocares Guasch y Serra SL fails for any reason to deliver passengers to their confirmed destination, we will provide a suitable replacement. Reimbursements made by Autocares Guasch y Serra SL for the costs of an alternative means of transport incurred by the passenger to get to their destination shall be no more than the cost of getting there by taxi.

Service Vehicles

We provide clean vehicles that are replaced on the basis of condition and not age, the majority of our vehicles are less than 3 years old and equipped with air conditioning and all safety features required by law.
